High quality outdoor & leisure cushions - mostly made from PVC coated polyester yarn. All fabrics are resistant to UV, abrasion and mildew and hold a very high dimensional stability for domestic and commercial applications. An extensive range of fabrics in many different colours, patterns and constructions (olefins, combo meshes, jacquards, wicker weave and more) is available.

The internal component used in our outdoor cushions is a polyester fibre combination, that is known as "dacron" which is multi-layered to a thickness  which compresses to our standard thickness of  1000gsm. Dacron has exceptional characteristics outside as it does not break down under UV and allows drainage of water easily. Dacron also has an inherent resistance to mould and mildew.

The most popular style of cushion is known as a "welded" cushion. This is manufactured using high-frequency sound vibrations to bond the fabrics together. The advantage of this process, being machine manufactured is that all cushions made are exactly the same size and shape and does away with the need for stitching.

See the chart for many standard sizes that can be made in this way. Other custom sizes can also be made, and customers often require thicker "1500gsm" cushions. String or velcro ties, and vinyl straps can also be added on demand. Other options are "box sewn" cushions or binding (around sewn or welded cushions) or multi head cushions.

Ask about stadium seat pads with dacron or foam filling.

The sizes shown cater to most enquiries, but more sizes are available.

Slings are available to suit many different chairs or lounges (PVC-tube, aluminium, wooden directors chairs etc). Sending a photo by email to identify your chair is often successful, but bringing your chair into the workshop is ideal.
