Today I probably got the best compliment on customer service I have had for a long time. It was great, and I immediately posted it on my  Testimonials page.

Then I got a run of situations where, due to freight problems or other peoples incompetence, I couldn’t deliver expected outcomes. This time of year can be really frustrating, and it really brought me back to earth. I’m not promising anything more for Christmas. It’s lucky we have a fair bit of stock on hand
